Document Ref: EPS-2.0 | Issue Date: 1st November 2025 |

Our Commitment to a Circular Planet

At envoPAP, sustainability is the foundation of our existence. We are committed to challenging conventional paper production daily by championing ethical, eco-friendly paper and packaging solutions derived from waste materials. Our goal is to create a true circular materials solution that actively contributes to positive environmental change and aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This policy establishes our commitment to maintaining and continually improving our Environmental Management System (EMS), compliant with ISO 14001:2015, and ensuring the highest standards of environmental integrity.

Core Pillars of Environmental Action

1. Compliance, Governance, and Risk Management

We are committed to operating with complete transparency and integrity regarding our environmental footprint.

Legal Compliance: We commit to complying with and exceeding all applicable environmental legislation, regulations, and other statutory and voluntary requirements related to our industry and products.
Risk Mitigation: We employ Risk-Based Thinking to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate environmental risks and opportunities across our operations, particularly concerning resource use, emissions, and waste generation.
EMS Continual Improvement: We shall strive to continually improve our overall environmental performance and the effectiveness of our ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management System.

2. Circular Economy and Resource Efficiency

We challenge the linear "take-make-dispose" model by integrating circular principles into our entire value chain.

Sustainable Sourcing: We prioritize sourcing raw materials from local, sustainable, and verified agro-waste sources, minimizing the use of virgin tree resources.
Resource Inputs: We commit to minimizing the consumption of resources (water, energy, raw materials) in our processes and increasing our use of clean and renewable energy sources.
Waste and Pollution Prevention: We commit to the prevention of pollution, focusing on reducing, reusing, and recycling waste (solid, liquid, and gaseous emissions) at the source throughout the product life cycle.

3. Climate Action and Carbon Footprint

Recognizing the urgency of the climate crisis, we are dedicated to mitigating our contribution to climate change.

Carbon Measurement: We will regularly measure and transparently report on our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across relevant Scopes.
Decarbonization Targets: We will set ambitious, measurable targets for reducing our operational carbon footprint and work towards verifiable carbon neutrality.
Product Impact: We will continually innovate to ensure our products offer a significantly lower carbon and environmental footprint compared to conventional alternatives.

4. Value Chain Responsibility and Collaboration

Environmental responsibility extends beyond our direct operations to our entire supply chain and community.

Supplier Engagement: We require that suppliers and contractors understand, adopt, and actively assist in the implementation of our Environmental Policy, prioritizing those with certified environmental management systems.
Logistics: We will continually seek ways to optimize transport and logistics to minimize fuel consumption and associated emissions.
Stakeholder Communication: We commit to regularly communicating, cooperating, and responding to the views of all interested parties, including customers, employees, local communities, and regulatory bodies, on environmental issues.

5. Training and Environmental Culture

We are committed to fostering a culture where every employee is an environmental steward.

Defined Responsibilities: Environmental responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated at all levels within the organization, including to our subcontractors.
Awareness and Training: We are committed to a training policy that ensures all personnel have the necessary competence and awareness tools to perform their duties in an environmentally responsible manner.
