envoNEWS Nov-Dec 2022

envonews nov dec 20222

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

What a year 2022 has been. From the highs of emerging from lockdown and fighting back against Covid to the lows of the Ukraine War, the year has had almost everything. The Climate Change Agenda continues to progress, inch by inch, although it may not always seem that way. For us, in the industry, it is of great comfort that we are seeing record inquiries, interest and interaction from manufacturers, producers, distributors, all looking for something “sustainable”. Whilst many may not understand what that means, it is clear that people’s power is taking effect. Your demand for something better, something responsible, something “sustainable” is being heard, sometimes in whispers and sometimes a bit more radical than we would dare to try.

This in the coldest of winters, and darkest of days is a ray of warmth and hope, very much like Christmas. It has given us lots of encouragement to  continue to innovate, to find more sustainable solutions to your packaging challenges, but most of all it has given us a sense of family, a sense of shared purpose.

So in this final newsletter, as we sign-off 2022, the team and families of envoPAP would like to say a big THANK YOU for your support, encouragement and most of all inspiration!

Finally, in this newsletter we are posting a refreshing blog on how to have a sustainable Christmas written by a very talented young Leah TessarvichLeah Tessarvich, who was with envoPAP for a short period as an intern giving us so much joy, energy and ideas.

We hope you have a very joyous festive season, and a bright, healthy and sustainable 2023!
