- 10 muffins
- 2 small apples
- 1.5 cups of oat flour
- 0.5 cup of almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- Splash of vanilla
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Chop your apples into small cubes.
- Mix wet ingredients then add the dry and fold your apples in.
- Bake a
